This article describes the improvement of the management mechanism of service enterprises, the organization of management decisions and the activities of the manager and his staff, the principles of implementation of management decisions in the field, the stages of decision-making and implementation, implementation and control of decisions, the role of the manager in the decision- making process and the specifics of improving management efficiency in service enterprises are studied.
