The article describes the relevance, importance of modernization of the education system and the factors that need to be implemented in this regard. The development of mechanisms for the development of professional competence of managers and teachers has been studied on the basis of modern development trends in the field, the need to improve the content of education and the quality of teaching based on advanced foreign experience and innovative approaches.
